Facebook. The social media giant. So big they made a movie about it.

Let’s be real, I haven’t seen a move about Twitter come out yet, if you know differently clue me in!

To be honest Facebook is not my favorite social media network to promote on, which is why today’s prompt is a tough one for me:

How are you using Facebook to build your brand and business?

As stated in yesterday’s post, my Facebook page is brand new although I have personally been on Facebook for years. How will I use Facebook to build my brand and business?

I’m a writer/author by nature, blogging, writing, creating stories and breathing new life into characters is what gets me. Providing content for storytellers and helping them share their story is my main mission and there are many ways to help other storytellers.

Storytelling with Facebook

My Facebook page is where I like to tell all my stories and connect with other like-minded individuals. I like to attract authentic users to my site, not just those interested in liking, moving on and never interacting again. I’d rather provide value to a small group of people than just one more voice that is apart of the noise. I also like to promote posts I have found valuable and link others to site where they can learn more.

We are a huge community with a lot to give, and the more I learn the more I know that I don’t know that much at all.

How are you using Facebook to promote your work? Share in the comment section below!
